Inspection Equipment

B-K Manufacturing has an assortment of inspection equipment including coordinate measuring machines, surface plates, optical comparators, and angle plates.

1 - DEA Epsilon 2304 Bridge Type CMM With 122" X 76" Granite Surface Plate Working Cube 72" X 54" X 38". With PC-DIMIS an interactive graphics measurement software for coordinate measuring machines. CAD models can be imported from Master CAM or other CAD systems and used to generate inspection programs to drive the CMM probe and record measurement data. The software also provides a seamless link from the CMM back to Master CAM for reverse engineering.
